You will be able to gather information on issues pertaining to a “what if” mentality as well as developing greater confidence in you own capabilities, improved risk taking and even improvement on becoming a much better, value adding team player. This program assists you to make better informed decisions. And will create a framework for you to apply problem solving techniques for improved results.
