Description

Aims:

Contrary to many beliefs, multi-tasking is not only doing two things simultaneously, it also involves an attempt to complete several things at once.

This program will enable you to have a better understanding of your brain in terms of multi-tasking and more so, to understand that the shifting between tasks happens naturally. You will learn that we don’t have to think about multi-tasking consciously, however  you will learn that productivity takes the backseat when individuals focus on more than one complex task and how to manage this carefully for optimal performance.
