Help Me Help You

As the dental hygienist you probably have a keen interest in making the practice grow. Maybe you’ve been asking the following questions:

1. How do they do it?
2. How is it possible that everything is running so smoothly?
3. What is it that makes patients come back?
4. How do the supporting staff stay happy and motivated to share my vision?
5. How do we all work together towards a common goal?

My aim is to give you pointers to use in your practice to get the answers to these questions. It’s all about teamwork, they say.  It’s the little things that count, they say. It’s about having a good system in place, they say. It’s about taking care of yourself, they say.

But what does it really mean? Nobody is telling you how to achieve these goals. So join me as I discuss and share some ideas of what’s been working for me. I hope to inspire you to make some small, do-able changes to achieve that little bit extra that you always thought can be done, but didn’t quite know where to begin with.
